Nothing much is known about Lily’s early life, but wherever she appears, a trail of ex-boyfriends follow. She moved from Dimension to Dimension across the Multiverse - following a routine of finding a boyfriend, losing the boyfriend under mysterious circumstances, and leaving town: it was only when she met Steve that this trend stopped.

On a pretty quiet day in terms of the chaotic nature of the Multiverse, Steve helped carry Lily’s grocery shopping home - unaware that when he set those grocery bags down on her doorstep, the doors were open to a lifetime of misery. Lily followed Steve at night, plucked locks of hair from his head when he wasn’t looking, and watched him from the shadows with an intensity that unsettled even the most fearless.

Despite her terrifying behavior, Steve genuinely had a sweet spot for Lily. Her unpredictable nature and reckless charm challenged him in ways no one else ever had - but that sweet spot came at a dangerous price due to Lily’s ruthless attempts on his life if he ever rejected her advances.

Lily continues to be kept at an arm's length by Steve, but she knows that if he ever needs a shoulder to cry on, she’ll be there - with a knife behind her back, ready to strike.
